Adventure Unlimited in Rameswaram

Let’s take an overnight bus to Rameswaram. This takes around 12 hours and the buses tend to leave around 6:30PM.

 Your home in Tamil Nadu for the next two days is located on an island. It’s scenic, where the waters are blue, the horses are wild, the peacocks are plenty and the people are curious. In an attempt to blend with our surroundings we have a couple of simple beach huts & tented accommodation and common washrooms with solar powered showers. Surrounded by sand, the beach is just a few feet away. The ocean in all its shades of blues makes it perfect to plonk, swim around or indulge in a good book. Come experience a little something in our haven!

In the morning, we will take you on a Kayaking experience along the coastline of Rameswaram, creating opportunities to interact with wildlife and nature. There is an opportunity to snorkel along the way, depending on weather conditions. Break for lunch at 1PM and a short afternoon siesta. You can relax, swim or try out some fun slacklining on the property. In the late afternoon, head out for some fun and games on the beach. Wind down this day with a barbecue dinner and campfire.

It’s time to try your hand at Stand-Up paddle boarding. We’ll introduce you to the world of SUP, helping you get started with the sport, catch some waves and ride the coastline. Post checkout, we can arrange for a half day tour to explore the Rameswaram Island, where you will visit the iconic Pamban bridge, Dr. Abdul Kalam Memorial, the famous Ramanathaswamy Temple and the ghost town of Dhanushkodi/ Land’s end. During the tour, you will break for lunch at a local restaurant and get a taste of the local cuisine. Get back just in time to change and then prepare for the overnight bus back to Bangalore!
