Well, we do have a long About Us page. But in short, we are a curated marketplace for offbeat and customized tours with a focus on eco-tourism and responsible tourism

Do you book tickets and arrange visas?

We can help you arrange your travel tickets, working with our selected travel agents. The same travel agents can also assist you with your visas. We will be available at all times to facilitate this process for you.

How do I book through you?

Please send us a booking enquiry first. The itineraries we list are samples, and we can customize it for your preference. Once you finalize the itinerary, you can pay through bank transfer or online via Net Banking, Credit and Debit Card.

How do I change my booking dates?

We can take changes in booking for 18-25 days in advance. However, this will be subject to availability. On the other hand, if the accommodation you booked is unavailable, we could give you alternative, equally exciting, suggestions.

What if I want to cancel my booking?

We have good relationships with the tour operators listed on our site (the best part about handpicked itineraries!) and it would be highly disappointing for both of us if you cancel last minute. We understand situations of emergency, no doubt, and we will do our best to work a way around. In the event that you do cancel, please do refer to our Terms & Conditions.

If there is a difference between our policy and the service provider’s cancellation policy, the latter will have preference. Trippin Traveller also reserves the right to cancel a booking for reasons that are valid to us. You will be given a refund in full in such a case.

Will you help me on how to plan my international holiday?

Absolutely! We love doing this! We will help you pick and choose your destinations, accommodations, and chalk out an itinerary that’s going to thrill you to bits.

What are the cancellation policies regarding international tours?

Trippin Traveller only acts as an interface between you and the tour operator abroad. Terms of cancellation will vary with each operator. Please contact us for more details.

Are the stays/experiences kid friendly?

Well, most are. However, we want to guide you on an individual basis depending on the place we decide upon and your child/children’s age.

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is compulsory for all Trippin Travellers and should be taken out at the time of booking. You must provide proof of your travel insurance on the first day of your trip; you will not be able to join any of our own-operated trips without it.

What does my policy need to cover?

At a minimum, your travel insurance should be ‘comprehensive’, providing cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability, with a minimum coverage of US$200,000. We also strongly recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects.

What kind of hotels will you offer me?

Let’s get something straight. At Trippin, we focus on Responsible Tourism. Don’t know that is? Check that out here. This means stays in anything from beautiful eco-friendly resorts to cozy homestays. We try to ensure that your travel has the maximum impact on the local community, and therefore, we prefer working with homestays as much as we can. While these will be clean and comfortable, chances are you have to let go a little of your inhibitions.

How do I pay?

Marvellous! You have decided to take a tour! We take bank transfers, usually. We also offer you options to pay via our Instamojo credit card/debit card facility. Trust us, we try and make it easy for you. We also will have an online booking system as well.

What size groups do you accommodate?

We prefer small group sizes. This means that the maximum we might allow on a fixed-departure group tour is around 12. In both instances all ‘group’ members must be traveling together on a specific itinerary and booking at the same time.

What kind of discount can my small group get?

We encourage you to travel with your friends! If you have a group of more than four, get in touch with us for special discounts and deals! We have some amazing offers on our fixed departures for a small group.
