Old world charm oozes out of every corner of the five villas at this farm. Red clay tiled floors, carved wooden ceilings, tastefully decorated with antiques and artistically crafted doors and windows make these villas irresistible. With ample natural light and fresh air coming in from the multiple windows, it’s quite easy to lose yourself in the surroundings. Each villa has modern amenities including refrigerators and air conditioners. Wi-fi is also available for those who miss the outside world.

Food is one of the main highlights of the stay here, comprising local delicacies cooked by the hostess’ family members. Eat your fill of Syrian Christian fare like duck roast, Kerala red curry and Karimeen fry. Breakfasts are a big spread as well comprising English and Indian choices.

Reach
Off the Grid is located at a place that sounds straight from a fairy tale – Castle Rock, near the Goa-Karnataka border. Getting in from other places is also feasible as the meeting point is Londa junction from where a pickup can be arranged. Pick up can be arranged at extra cost.

- All rates include all meals, sunset cruise on a country boat, tea coffee and farm tour. Children upto 5 yrs go free, between 6yrs to 12 yrs would be Rs 4500 and above 12 yrs would be Rs 5000. Philipkutty’s requires full advance payment for booking.
