Day 1 | Guwahati – Manas
After arrival at Guwahati, Manas is about a four-hour drive, close Bhutan. You can spend the rest of the day spotting migratory birds from the periphery of the forests or visit the nearby Fatemabad tea estate.
Day 2 | Manas National Park
Get up early in the morning to get up close to some of the gentlest beasts on earth. Later, explore the ethnic villages that surround the national park or watch birds.
Post-lunch will be the second of your safari where you will drive up to Maithanguri along the Beki River near the Bhutan border.
Return to your lodge by sunset for an evening by the bonfire.
Day 3 | Manas NP
Today, you will drive to Manas Maozigendri Jungle Camp located in Kokilabari Range of the national park. You can choose to spend the day with the villagers, learn about community-based ecotourism initiatives or just indulge in a spot of jungle watching.
Day 4 | Manas NP – Guwahati
After an early breakfast, drive to the Airport (3-4 hours) for your departure flight. Tour ends.
