The country has beautiful white beaches, great nightlife in cities like Manila and Cebu, and some pristine hill scenery in case you get tired of the beaches. Our Philippines tours will take you to some of the best the country can offer. These are fully customizable and you have the choice of either going on a fully guided tour or a partially guided tour. Or just a flexible tour.

Day 1

Manila

You will land in the chaotic and yet bustling capital of the Philippines. Spend some time to orient yourself with the place. It must have been a long flight, and Manila’s atmosphere takes some time to get used to.

Day 2

Banaue

Today we travel north of Manila by private air-conditioned vehicle to the Rice Terraces. Arrival in Banaue. Often called “the eighth wonder of the world”, the Banaue Rice Terraces stand as the most awe-inspiring man-made landscape in the Cordilleras! More than 2,000 years ago, the lfugaos, with only simple tools and bare hands, carved the rice fields out of the mountainsides.

Day 3

Batad

Off to Batad via private transport where you will enjoy a nature trek through the lush forests of Batad, walk the famed amphitheatre-like rice terraces, then be amazed by the Tappiyah waterfalls. In the evening, we may have a cultural show at your hotel.

Day 4

Sagada

Depart to Sagada with stops at Banaue Viewpoint, Mt.Polis, Bayyo rice terraces, and the Bontoc museum. Sagada is a town nestled among the pine forests and although it also boasts of picturesque mountain scenery and rice terraces, it is best known for the hanging coffins on the limestone cliffs. Hanging coffins are also found in the caves of Sumaging and Lumiang, both of which are less than an hour away. Walk to Echo Valley and Hanging Coffins, and tour of the town. Orange picking (this is a seasonal option since oranges are not ripe for picking at all times)

Day 5

Sagada

Off to Sumaguing cave with a quick stop over to view the hanging coffins and the burial cave along the way.You will also spend some time in Banaue to get some souvenir shopping out of the way!

Day 6

Sagada – Baguio

It’s a busy day for travel. Baguio City is known as the Summer capital of the Philippines, and “City of Pines”, owing to its elevation above sea level, and the fact it is cooler than any place in the country. It is perfumed by the scent wafting from its pine covered hills, and the flowers that abound nearly everywhere.
